You are eligible for the returns policy if
- If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect (with picture or description), or incomplete at the time of delivery, you are eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
- You changed your mind about the product. You’ll have to bear refund/exchange delivery charges which may vary according to your location. Also, product condition will be considered before accepting the request
- The game/toy is difficult for your kids. You’ll have to bear refund/exchange delivery charges which may vary according to your location. Also, product conditions will be considered before accepting the request.
You are not eligible for the returns policy if
- Your product is an electronic toy. We don’t provide any guarantees for electronic toys. You can still contact us, we’ll try to help you out with the functioning and working of the toy.
- There’s no return or exchange policy on gift/complimentary, If your gift/complimentary is damaged (during shipping) or you change your mind about gift options.
